we had 4 whole days without a murder

but today there was a dead rat in the living room - it made momma scream. uncle leo is still winning the 'who can maim the most critters' contest though.

daddy's birthday was wednesday and we got to sit at the table on the ottoman and help daddy blow out the candles. daddy doesn't like cake, so we had birthday apple pie al-a-mode (with frosty paws on top). plus we got new collars for daddy's birthday. mine says 'totally awesome hot dog' (and that is quite true). and lindy's says 'surfs up'. i don't think you can see them real good in the picture though.

we met a big black dog yesterday named noah; he smelled my butt (which was fine), but when he smelled lindy's butt, she told him what for; really loud and mean too. she looks cute, but looks can fool you. she's a mean little snot.

gotta go; daddy's going outside to drink and smoke (so bad for his health), but we like hangin' in the back yard.
